Derek McKay

Derek McKay is the CEO and Founder of Senovis, With over 25 years of professional experience in the sector, prior to Senovis Derek also founded Adare Human Resource Management in 2003, and since then, he has been overseeing the growth of the business to become one of Ireland’s leading HR Consultancies (www.adarehrm.ie). In 2022, Derek changed roles from Managing Director to joining the Board of Directors. Additionally, Derek has also successfully launched an HR SaaS resource, Linea, within the Irish market (www.linea.ie) which continues to grow exponentially.

Prof. David Collings – Chair of Sustainable Business, Trinity College Dublin

David Collings holds the Chair of Sustainable Business at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. He previously held faculty positions at Dublin City University, University of Sheffield and National University of Ireland, Galway and visiting positions at King’s College London, Nanyang Business School in Singapore and Cornell University as a Fulbright Scholar. David is an elected Member of the Royal Irish Academy and Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is a former Chair of the HR Division of the Academy of Management.

Prof. Craig Crossley, Associate Professor of Management, University of Central Florida

Craig Crossley is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Central Florida, where he continues to look for ways to bridge research and practice, adding value to the bottom line while educating future generations. Prior to joining UCF, Craig was a senior manager at a Top 100 private company in the U.S., where he worked directly with executives on company-wide initiatives. A researcher at heart, Craig forged deep partnerships with universities and developed research-based techniques that resulted in multi-million dollar marketing and sales strategies with clients including several Fortune 500 companies. While working in corporate strategy, he led a major culture change initiative around product innovation and implemented a company-wide strategic scorecard. In his role in organizational effectiveness, he helped determine the impact of human capital practices on firm financial performance, aiding pivotal financial decisions during a turbulent economy.

Prof. Dana Minbaeva – Professor of Human Resource Management, King’s Business School, King’s College of London

Dana Minbaeva is a Professor of Human Resource Management at King’s Business School, King’s College of London, UK. She also has a part-time appointment at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and works as an affiliate faculty at London Business School, UK. Professor Minbaeva published over 70 articles in international peer reviewed journals, numerous book chapters and reports. Her research on strategic and international HRM has appeared in such top international journals as Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, and many others.
